The Conference is being organized by the Spletno oko Hotline (Safer Internet Centre Slovenia, UL FSS), the Criminal Police Directorate of the General Police Directorate, and the Association of Informatics and Telecommunications at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. The conference is scheduled to take place on September 19, 2023, at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The program will include three lectures (two in English and one in Croatian language):

- Dr. Elena Martellozzo, a well established criminologist on the global stage, will discuss online harms, grooming, and the effects of pornography on children and young people. Her presentation will delve into the impact of pornography consumption on emotional, psychological, and social well-being, as well as strategies for addressing online grooming.

- Emilie Coomans, a Policy Advisor at Child Focus, the Belgian Foundation for missing and sexually exploited children, will explore transactional sexting (the exchange of sexual content for money) and its societal implications. She will discuss the root causes of this issue, the role of the media environment, and potential solutions, including insights from an undercover investigation.

- In a Croatian-language presentation, doc. dr. sc. Bruna Profaca, a clinical psychologist from the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center, will focus on online sexual victimization of children and the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis. Her presentation will highlight risk factors and provide insights into addressing and preventing sexual abuse and exploitation of children online during the pandemic.
