Who conducts the project?
In Slovenia the project is conducted by:
- University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences
- ARNES, Academic and Research Network of Slovenia
- Slovene Consumers Association
The partners are conducting the project in association with the Slovenian Police. Hotline Spletno oko is a part of European, respectively, international cooperation, striving towards efficient reduction of illegal content found on the Internet. There are now 33 hotlines operating over the whole world, which are all part of the INHOPE association.
Which Internet content can be reported to Spletno oko?
- child abuse images,
- hate speech.
Can a reporting person request feedback on a report?
The reports are anonymous, therefore a reporting person cannot get feedback on his/her report. However, we will publish annual statistical reports regarding number of the reports received and processed.
Where can I reach Spletno oko?
Because of the nature of the project, the access point of Spletno oko can be reached exclusively through e-mail info@spletno-oko.si .
How many report of allegedly illegal content on the Internet do you get per month?

To whom can I report other illegal content, that Spletno oko is not dealing with?
Other illegal content, that Spletno oko is not dealing with, you can report to:
- SI-CERT; Reports of security incidents.
- Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia; Reporting of e-mails with the purpose of advertising and offering services and goods, sent to the consumer or enterprise without their previous conformity of those, who receives ads, and also all the e-mails with the advertising content, that were sent on the consumers or enterprise address although being sign-out of that service.
- Post and Electronic Communications Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (APEK); Reports of SPAM (e-mails with no identity of sender).
- Information Commissioner; Reports on violations of a Law regarding Protection of personal informations.
