Explanations

The reporting form guarantees the anonymity of person using it to report illegal content found on the Internet. The report sent to the relevant institutions contains no data concerning the reporting person.

If a reporting person decides to enter his/her personal data in the reporting form (for instance e-mail address into the comments field) then the data will be removed from the other reported contents before being sent to the relevant institutions.

The reporting form does not log the IP address of the person making a report. It appends a unique identifier, which is helpful during processing, to every report. Web page does not use cookies. The web server logs only basic information concerning visits (common log), which is stored for three days. This data is used only for the generation of web page access statistics.

The administrators of the Spletno oko web page pledge that all reasonable provisions will be undertaken, so that concrete data and reports will not be available to third parties or to the public. We also pledge that all reasonable provisions for providing the anonymity of persons sending reports and other visitors will be ensured.
